We Are Here to Help.

Accidents are stressful. Our job is to make the recovery simple.
If this is a life-threatening emergency, please dial 9-1-1 immediately.

Call Us First

Not every incident needs to be an insurance claim. If the damage is minor (e.g. a small fender bender or hail dents), call our office first.

We can review your deductible and help you decide if filing a claim makes financial sense before you trigger a premium increase.

What to do at the scene

If you are involved in an auto collision:

1
Ensure Safety: Check for injuries. Call 911 if anyone is hurt. Move vehicles off the road if safe to do so.
2
Do Not Admit Liability: Be polite, but do not say "It was my fault." Let the adjusters and police determine liability based on the facts.
3
Collect Info: Take photos of the other driver's Pink Card (Insurance), Driver's License, and License Plate.
4
Take Photos: Photograph the damage to both vehicles and the surrounding area (road conditions, signs).
5
Report to Police: In Alberta, you must report any collision with combined damage over $5,000 (as of Jan 2024) to the police.
